Ernest Carter's Obituary
Ernest Carter was born in New York on January 2, 1959 to the late Mildred Cephas and Jack Carter. He departed this life on September 1, 2023 at his home. He was 64.
Ernest helped people in his neighborhood when he was needed. He also was the caretaker at his home and also helped to take care of his two sisters Denise Sampson and Cynthia Carter who are both ill until he took ill.
Ernest was preceded in death by his mother and father: Mildred Cephas and Jack Carter, and his grandmother: Blannie Freeman, and his oldest brother: Albert Carter, Jr., and a sister-in-law Laura Carter. He leaves to cherish his memories his brothers and sisters: John Carter, Denise Sampson, Cynthia Carter, and Timothy Carter, a sister-in-law: Linda Pinkett of Hurlock, MD., and a host of nephews and nieces.

Graveside services for Mr. Carter will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Federal Hill, Cemetery in Federalsburg, Maryland.
