Felix Allen Peele's Obituary
Felix Allen Peele of Federalsburg passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 at his home. He was 61.
He was born on January 13, 1956 in Fayetteville, NC, the son of the late Brooks Boyce Sr. and the late Honor Mary Rose.
He graduated from Colonel Richardson High School in 1974. He then went on to trade school at Frostburg University and then became a Mason. He worked as a Mason until retiring in 1988. He married the love of his life, Peggy Ann Zebley, on April 20, 1985.
He loved to spend his time outdoors. He loved gardening, fishing, crabbing, and bird watching. He also enjoyed volunteering for Habitat for Humanity for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Peggy Peele, two sons, Jaden Peele, and Jory Peele, a daughter, Skyler Peele, one step-granddaughter, Tiffany Bonczek, three step-great-grandchildren, Leala Bonczek, Lilli Bonczek, and Adalynn Bonczek, two brothers, Boyce Peele Jr., Leonard Peele, four sisters, Debbie Clarke, Ruth Frye, Lucy Maynor, and Florence Loop, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Hannah, and four sisters, Spring Thorpe, Sandra Dixon, Auburn Hopkins, and Rose Pankuch.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 1:00p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with the Reverend Howard “Buddy” Dunn officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in his memory be made in the care of Provident State Bank for Skyler’s College Fund, funds can be sent to 322 Park Avenue, Federalsburg, MD 21632 .
