Dee is my sister-in-law (was married to my brother, James N. Spicer) and a sweeter person would be difficult to find. My husband and I visited in DE and Dee and Jim made several trips to our home in PA. We had many enjoyable moments during those times spent together. After my brother passed away, we traveled to visit Dee until health problems interfered. We will always hold Dee in our hearts as the kindest and most thoughtful sister-in-law anybody could ever want. Unfortunately, due to my recent surgery, we will be unable to attend the services, but we will be there in spirit and love. I'm sure the beauty of Heaven will inspire Dee in her Heavenly artistry.
