St. Michaels, Francis Thomas Haugh of St. Michaels, formerly of Wilmington, DE. Passed away at the William Hill Manor on January 14, 2013. He was 88. Mr. Haugh was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. He was the owner of W.S.M.W. Industries Inc., a prominent Industrial Mechanical Company. Franny served his country during WWII in the South Pacific for four years. Mr. Haugh leaves his wife of 60 years Harriett Hubbard Haugh and three Children. Services will be private. Arrangements are by the Ostrowski Funeral Home of St. Michaels.
