What a wonderful and talented man he was. I go back with Frank to 1977 when the Virginia & Maryland Railroad was born. He was full of ideas, encouragement and excited about the new beginning. Who could forget his green SAAB? God Bless you Frank may you rest in peace, to the Waring family and to all that loved him, I send my heartfelt condolences. ** Sunshine **##imported-begin##Mary Martin Gray##imported-end##
