Franklin Dew White's Obituary
Franklin Dew White , aged 84, died peacefully on May 18, 2023 after a brief battle with cancer. Frank was born March 17, 1939 at his family farm in Federalsburg Maryland to Helen Noble Wagner White and Carl White.
Frank was an active member of the Class of 1957 of Federalsburg High School.
He was a Lifetime Member of The Marshyhope Gun Club, and an active member of Wild Turkey Federation.
Frank enjoyed hunting and fishing his entire life. He was a carpenter by trade and could make anything. Frank was an avid collector of guns, turkey calls, and wildlife art. After the death of Frank's first wife, he was fortunate to find love again with Carolyn Chandler. The two enjoyed working in their garden, bowling, traveling, spending time with friends, family, their animals and each other for many years
Frank was preceded in death by his wife Linda Lee Frederick White, his grandson Harris McAshan Baker II, His parents, brothers Brooks, Robert, Wesley, Russell, and sisters Doris White, Alice Turpin, and Martha Mills.
Frank is survived by his wife Carolyn Chandler, his 3 children, Robbin Baker Kersey (Bo) of Austin TX, Mark Steven White (Crystal) of Mardela, David Allen White (Kelly) of Queen Creek AZ, his grandchildren Caroline Baker, Claire Baker, Ashlynn White Deutsch, Tara White and Great Grandson Wyatt Deutsch, his brother John White (Nancy) of Denton, as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family celebrated his life at his home.
