Gail P. Dobson's Obituary
Gail Pinder Dobson of Trappe, Md, passed away on April 4, 2023 at Accentcare at Medstar Harbor Hospital in Baltimore, MD. She was 65 years old.
Born in Easton, MD on April 15, 1957, Gail was the daughter of the late Leonard E. Pinder and Ellen B. Pinder.
Before graduating from Easton High School in 1975, Gail was raised on Wye Heights Plantation and attended "The Little Red School House" in Longwoods. Gail attended Easton Church of the Nazarene where she was a Sunday School teacher, Youth Group Assistant and helped with Vacation Bible School.
In 1981 Gail began her career in Home Day Care where she cared for many children from Trappe and the surrounding area until her retirement in 2009. In her spare time, Gail enjoyed baking cakes for family, friends and the fire department during their annual carnival. When Gail wasn't babysitting or baking cakes, she loved to spend time with her family.
Gail is survived by her husband of nearly 48 years Charlie Dobson of Trappe, 2 sons: Chuck Dobson (Tiffany) of Kennedyville, MD and J.R. Dobson (Wendy) of Easton, MD, 5 Grandchildren: Tabitha, Ashten, Natalie, Lilah, and Brinley. Gail is also survived by 3 brothers: Gary Pinder (Sylvia), Larry Pinder (Susan), Dale Pinder (Cheryl) and is predeceased by 1 brother, Lenny Pinder.
A viewing will be held at the Framptom Funeral Home, 216 N. Main Street, Federalsburg, MD, on Wednesday April 12, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Graveside services will be held at the Landing Neck Cemetery, Trappe, on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM.
