Gail Ann McDermott Williams Trappe- Our beloved Gail Ann McDermott Williams formerly of Philadelphia, PA; died August 25, 2016 surrounded by her family. Born June 27, 1952. She was the daughter of the late John and Nancy Mc Dermott. Gail worked at various places including Genesis/The Pines and Chesapeake Center of Easton. Gail considered her self as a Wildflower. You see Wildflowers are beautiful and colorful that appear in unexpected places. She loved spending time with family, music, helping people especially those with special needs and collecting clowns. Mrs. Williams is survived by her life long partner of 34yrs Robin McClary. Her son; Reginald McDermott (Phila, PA.) two grandchildren; Brianna and Reginald Jr and one great grandchild Brooklyn. One brother John McDermott, sisters Janet McDermott and Carol Mullins (Tom). Many nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Matty and a brother Ray. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday August 30, 2016 at the Emmanuel Wesleyan Church Trappe MD. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Trappe Volunteer Fire Department or Talbot Hospice Foundation 586 Cynwood Dr. Easton, Md. 21601. Arrangements are by the Ostrowski Funeral Home P.A. of St. Michaels.
