Gary Stevens' Obituary
Gary Royal Stevens, Sr. passed away on Monday, February 13, 2012 at his home in Milford, DE. He was 67.
He was born on April 5, 1944 in Stevensville, Maryland, the son of the late Earl Royal Stevens and Evelyn Marie Kelley.
He attended school in Stevensville, Maryland. He was a waterman for many years and later worked for MV Stevens Auto Sales, Inc. in Milford, DE. He enjoyed classic cars and boating. He was a member of the Loyal Moose Post #2316 in Milford, DE.
He is survived by two brothers, Michael Stevens and his wife, Pat of Milford, DE, and Dennis Fleetwood and his wife Jerri of Houston, DE, two sisters, Karen Coverdale and her husband Greg of Milford, DE, and Kellie Plummer and her husband Sammy of Harrington, DE, four children, Gary Stevens, Jr. in Harrington, DE, Rhonda Willey of Bridgeville, DE, Dianna Smith of Bowers Beach, DE and Mark and his wife Renee of Harrington, DE, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Wendy Lynn Stevens.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday February 18, 2012 at the Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. at 3:00p.m. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 on Saturday. Share memories with the family at www.framptom.com
