George was the kind of friend everyone hopes to have-the one who could fix just about anything. If there was an electrical or plumbing mystery , George usually knew what to do or he would just figure it out! But what we’ll remember just as much as his knowledge ,was his generosity and sense of adventure. George loved getting people together on the water. Many of us were lucky enough to enjoy boating trips with him and Donna- days full of fresh water,laughter and good company.
George also had a bit of a mischievous streak. Somehow he always managed to get us into houses that were for sale so we could “ take a look”, whether it was officially allowed or not… George always seemed to find a way!
Along with those adventures were many dinners, gatherings and celebrations we were lucky enough to share with him and Donna over the years.
George made life more interesting, more fun and a lot more memorable.
We will miss him dearly, but we’re so grateful for the laughter, the generosity and all the wonderful times we shared with our dear friend George.
