Glenn Nichols' Obituary
Glenn Nichols of Federalsburg passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at University of Maryland Hospital in Baltimore. He was 49 years old.
He was born on October 18, 1958 in Albuquerque, New Mexico son of Alec Nichols and Mary Lou Venable Nichols both of Hurlock.
He graduated from North Dorchester High School class of 1976. He work for twenty-one years for Ayers Electric in Federalsburg and for Cox Electric in Seaford for four years.
Besides his parents he is survived by his companion of twenty-six years, Valerie H. Andrew of Federalsburg, a daughter, Melanie D. Nichols of Federalsburg, a sister, Shelly M. Nichols of Hurlock, two grandchildren, Kayden Vickers and Allyna H. Vickers. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lisa D. Nichols.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with Rev. Joe Lecates officaiating. Interment will follow at Concord Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6-9 p.m. and from 12-1 on Tuesday.
Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Koole, Thomas Vickers, Dr. John Mastandrea, Gary Ruff, Chuck Gilbert, Billy Jewell, Matt Nichols and serving as honorary pallbearers will Mike Robinson and Michael Nichols.
