Harold Joseph Moxley's Obituary
Harold Joseph Moxley of Preston, MD died on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at University of Maryland Medical Center, Baltimore, MD. He was 70.
He was born in Washington, D.C. on January 1, 1943, the son of the late Harold A. Moxley and Josephine Joseph Moxley.
He served his country in the United States Air Force from 1964-1967. He was a Systems Analyst for the United States Treasury Department for nearly 40 years.
He is survived by his wife, Maria Moxley of Preston, five children, Michelle D. Moxley and her husband Dave of Millsboro, DE, Joseph H. Moxley and his wife Jennifer of Crofton, MD, James W. Moxley of Ocean City, MD, Thomas A. Moxley and his wife Alicia of Bowie, MD, and Mary F. Moxley and Jim of Preston, MD, nine grandchildren, James Walter Moxley, Jr., Taylor Moxley, Megan Moxley, Dominic Moxley, Hailey Moxley, Matthew Moxley, Trinity Moxley, Lauren Moxley, John Moxley, a brother Richard D. Moxley of Union Bridge, MD, a special niece, Joyce Moxley of Union Bridge, MD, and a host of cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 15, 2013 at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Secretary, MD with The Reverend Anthony Grecco officiating. Interment will follow at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery, Hurlock, MD.
