He was born on April 23, 1968 in Jocotan, Guatemala, the son of Andres Garcia DeLeon and Josefa Garcia Garcia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 7, 2022 at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 1210 South Washington Street, Easton, MD at 11:00 a.m. with The Reverend Idongesit Etim officiating.
