Hilda and Ben Stagg...the BEST NEIGHBORS anyone could wish for!!! I will truly miss Hilda, her huge, warm smile, the hugs we exchanged on the sidewalk or lush grass (Stagg lush grass that is - I can only dream). Last summer I watched her closely helping Ben tend to the garden in the backyard, as I often watched Hilda by Ben's side doing some chore outside. Doing just that, boasting about her family, and taking care of her hubby and home is what she loved that was so obvious. And to boot, she made sure Ben got my trash and recycle cans after pickup every Wednesday, and placed them against my house. "Thanks, Hilda!" :) I have been blessed ever since I moved next door in 2004 and I know God is embracing her lovingly in His arms. My warm and sincere condolences to my friend and neighbor, Ben and to the entire family. What a lady!

Thoughts and prayers to your family. Miss Hilda is at peace and no longer tormented by thoughts she could no longer control. She was lucky to have you, a very loving and supportive family. I will miss my friend. She taught me how to run a "tight ship" even though she didn't realize ... I was temporarily HER Captain. Many thanks to you for helping me when I needed it. Katie and Jordan, you will now enjoy your unfingered salad and Mr Ben, I will never see a glass of iced tea with baked beans in it and not think of you. On the sunniest of days, she will be checking on that plaid grass pattern. Lots of LOVE and HUGS to all of you, Vicki
