Howard C. English's Obituary
Howard C. English of Federalsburg passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at his home. He was 81.
He was born on February 15, 1940 in Brookview, Dorchester County Maryland, the son of the late Thomas R. English and Mary Baker English.
He was a self-employed carpenter and painter most of his life. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, going to sales and collecting almost anything. He especially enjoyed collecting old guns and knives. He owned two classic Fords that he loved: a 1929 and a 1931 hot rod. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by three children: Michial English and his wife Linda of Federalsburg, Cathy Warfield and her husband Harold of Horntown, VA, and Richard English and his companion Darlene of Federalsburg; two grandchildren: Patricia English and Chasity Hetrick and her husband Rick; three great-grandchildren: A.J. Massey, Lee Massey and Wesley Hetrick; and one sister: Betty Lou Staton of Seaford.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 12:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with Kim Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Eldorado Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00.
