Ed introduced me to his Clydesdale s and gave me the opportunity to own one of the best horses I have ever known.

I've known Ed for many years, he was a good man, condolences to his family.

I got to know Ed working with him as assistant treasurer for the Seaford Mission. I learned he was kind and generous with his time and treasure. He was consistently an encourager too. All was done in a modest way and in no way seeking recognition. Ed was there for me when I went through an ugly divorce with words oh encouragement. He supported many other organizations that I only learned of because I happened to be there at the same time. My respect went up another notch when I was helping Val Miller prepare barrels to ship to Haiti. Ed showed up for some challenging physical labor when he was in his sixties. His work ethic was inspiring and he was delightful. My opportunities to work with Ed were all inspiring. Ed's life was exemplary.
Mr. Ed and Ms. Deana will always have a special place in my heart. Mr. Ed was a kind man with great faith and a strong devotion to Jesus. I know my Mom was apart of his welcoming committee in Heaven. My deepest sympathy to the Banning Family.
Mr. Ed lived out what he believed in, and that was his Savior. Only eternity will know how many lives he touched. He did things out of love not wanting others to know. He wanted all the praise, honor and glory to go to his Lord and Savior. His legacy lives on through Mrs. Denna and the family. We shall see him again in heaven.
