Mary, I am so sorry about your loss of Jim. You had such a wonderful relationship with all three of your brothers. God Bless You as you continue on without them, knowing you will see them on the other side. I love you and think of you often.

So many good memories with Jim. My heart was broken to read of his passing. You lived a great life, Sir, and you will be missed by many!
I was blessed, not only to have Jim work with me, but I have been also enriched by his Godly wisdom and friendship. Enjoy your Heavenly rewards with our Saviour, Jim! Although I miss you now, I'm looking forward to seeing you later, my friend.
Jim served every election cycle since at least 2006 for the MD State Board of Elections as a contract Trainer and as a County Tech throughout the Eastern Shore counties of Maryland, most recently for the Talbot County Board of Elections from 2014 through the 2024 election. He was known as “The Expert” on the existing pollbooks. Instilling his vast operational knowledge was a key to each successful election cycle. His always kind and helpful spirit and especially his caring friendship will be missed by all of us who worked with him. -- Talbot County Board of Elections
