James M. Fluharty Sr.'s Obituary
James M. Fluharty, Sr., 88, died Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Envoy of Denton.
He was born October 11, 1925 in Preston, MD, the son of the late Arthur Fluharty and Mary Patrick.
He worked with his brother Morris for 40 years. He enjoyed going to the auction at American Corner and was known locally as the "Strawberry Man".
He is survived by his son, James Fluharty, Jr, of California, and his companion and caregiver, Cindy Webb of Federalsburg.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Jr. Order Cemetery in Preston, MD with Reverend Buddy Dunn officiating.
