James Cyril Peleska, Jr.'s Obituary
James C. Peleska, Jr. of Cordova, MD passed away October 31, 2022 at the age of 96.
James was born March 1, 1926 in Baltimore, MD to James C. Peleska, Sr. and Mabel Horsey.
James served in the United States Navy during WWII landing on the beaches of Normandy and later joined the Baltimore City Fire Department where he served as a pump operator until retirement.
James is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Mary and Alice.
James is survived by his wife, Dorothy Peleska, his sons: Daniel Peleska (wife Donna) of Cordova and Jimmy Peleska of Whiteford, MD, and daughters: Deborah Jordan of Chicago, IL., Joan Eisner of Whiteford, MD., and Deborah Koegle of Goldsboro, NC., and granddaughters: Shana and Christina.
A private service with military honors was held at Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock, MD. Services were entrusted to Framptom Funeral Home. Share memories with the family at www.framptom.com
