James Robert Willis, JR.'s Obituary
James Robert Willis, Jr. passed away on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007 at his home in Easton, MD. He was 57 years old.
He was born July 25, 1950 in Easton, the son of S. Naomi Lane Willey of Easton, and the late James Robert Willis, Sr.
He was a graduate of Easton High School and had served in the United States Marine Corps. He was a member of an American Legion Post in Santa Anna, CA, a member of the National Riffle Assoc., and was an avid Civil War buff.
Besides his mother, Naomi Lane Willey, he is survived by his stepfather, Harold L. Willey of Easton, a stepbrother, George Willey, and a niece, Jacquelyn Willey, both of California. A brother, Terry Lane Willis, preceded him in death on Aug. 25, 2005.
Graveside memorial services will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Federalsburg with Rev. Peter Smith officiating. Arrangements entrusted to the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg.
