Jennings Dewey White's Obituary
Jennings Dewey White passed away on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Maryland. He was 57.
He was born in Easton, Maryland on June 29, 1953, the son of the late N. Brooks White and Hilda Mae Christopher White.
He attended the East New Market School. He worked for Dorchester Developmental in Cambridge and later worked for Lower Shore Enterprises in Salisbury. He loved to bowl, playing his guitar, singing, car racing, horses and all animals. He loved to spend time with his family.
He is survived by two sisters, Carol White Manning and her husband, Woody Sr. of Salisbury, Maryland, Cheryl L. Willey of Cambridge, one brother, Wilson B. White and his wife Sherry of Tolbott, Tennessee, ten nieces and nephews, Woodrow Manning, Jr, Kirk Manning, DeNiece Ashley, Michael Manning, Terry Randall, Andy White, Russell White, Carey P. Willey, Tammy Goodman and Robin Poole, two special grand nephews, Brandon Tilghman and Caleb Ashley and two special grand nieces, Amanda Manning, and Brooke Manning, and several other great nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, E. Russell White, and a brother in law, Ronnie Willey.
A funeral will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 12:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with the Reverend Ruth Tull officiating. Burial will follow in East New Market Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 to 12:00.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brandon Tilghman, Kirk Manning, Michael Manning, Russell White, Andy White and Nik Robinson.
