Miss Jewell was a beautiful, kind, lady inside and out. She had the gift of giving you her undivided attention and making everyone feel so special. Many wonderful childhood memories. Thinking of Miss Jewell makes your heart smile. Fly high with the angels dear lady.
My heart breaks for the family. I absolutely loved Miss Jewell. She had the greatest personality and humor. May all of the fond memories you share keep her alive in your heart and soul forever and ever.
My Mom Dolly Howard Moxey was her best friend in school and for the rest of her life. My Dad was with her in Rayland Acres until he passed. I used to go and visit both of them. She was a lovely lady! Prayers to her brother and son.
I had lost track of Ms. Jewel but I have many, many fond memories of visiting their family in NewJersey. Susie, Kathy, Billy and I put on a play for the parents— There’s No Business like Show Business. We had gone to see the Rockets. That was so fun. We played many times in the Smith’s front porch when Kathy and Billy visited their grandparents. I think everyone loved Jewel. She was a bright light in this world. Billy, my sympathy for the loss of your mother.
