Sending heartfelt sympathy to my old neighbor Joanne. The Allston family took me on a trip to Atlantic City, NJ to the Steel Peir to see Herman's Hermits my first ever concert. I used to enjoy watching her day rush out the driveway in his turquoise Plymouth station wagon when the Fire Whistle would sound. God bless the family she leaves behind as we send another angel to Heaven.

I saw that beautiful smile I knew it was "Pretty Joanne." In the 1960's I worked at the Peoples Bank in Denton. Friday nights, Town of Denton was hoping and everyone was doing their banking. Around 630 pm, through the bank doors came this pretty young "Lady" with her Mom. Always, Always she was so pleasant and polite. Her Mom was a wonderful Lady. One day I opened the Times Record and there she was that big smile and the young man's smile was even bigger, she was now a bride.
