John Wesley Alston of Federalsburg, MD passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford,DE. He was 80.
Born November 3, 1931, he was the son of Preston Alston and Elcie Elzie Alston.
He is survived by a daughter, Felicia Ann Broussard of Missouri City, TX, 4 siblings, Flora Gibbs of Baltimore, MD and Margaret Douglas of Ridgeway, SC, Mary Alston and Robert Franklin both of SC, 3 grandchildren, Anthony Carl Broussard, Jr., Yaronda Broussard and Jason Broussard, 3 great-grandchildren Jalen, Morgan and Azaria Broussard, close friends and caregiver, Rosetta Demby of East New Market, MD and Shirley Williams of Federalsburg, MD.
