My condolences to his family, I can't fathom what they are going through. I met Johnny a few years ago goose hunting my uncle's farm, first thing i noticed about the kid was how nice he was and willing to lend a hand, and had no problem jumping in the mud to set decoys or retrieve a duck. We hunted together a few times over the past couple of years, piling all of our crap onto his quad and running out to the point blind or one of the fields. He was game to try something different on the farm if it meant a chance to shoot a bird. I was not able to make it up last year but was looking forward to hunting with him again this year....now he will be with us in spirit along with Uncle Jack.
RIP kid, see you on the other side....
