John Henry Lawson's Obituary
John Henry Lawson of Federalsburg, Maryland passed away at home on Sunday, May 5, 2024 following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 79 years old.
Born in rural Virginia on December 21, 1944 he was the son of the late Frank and Bertha Mae Lawson.
John was a skilled heavy equipment operator and worked for many years in the agriculture industry. He loved his family and his friends.
He is survived by his former wife and dear friend Grace Lawson; his son Burton Mobley; his daughter Chrystal Lawson; his sisters Lou Lou Mae, and Venus; his grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Glen Haven Memorial Park, 7231 Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie, Maryland on Thursday, May 9, 2024 starting at noon.
Arrangements are entrusted to Framptom Funeral Home by the Coales, 216 N. Main St., Federalsburg, Maryland.
