Joseph C. Bailey of Preston passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2013 at his home.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 12 Noon at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Friends may visit from 10:00 to 12:00 on Saturday. Burial will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Preston.
