Joseph Carroll Phillips' Obituary
Hurlock, Joseph C. Phillips of Hurlock died at the UMSMC at Easton on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. He was 75.
Mr. Phillips is survived by his wife Janice Phillips, two daughters; Lisa Boston of Cecil Co. and Heidi Phillips of Woodbridge, VA. and one grandson Chase Boston.
A viewing will be held from 6:00 to 8:00PM on Thursday January 6, 2022 at the Framptom Funeral Home, 216 N. Main Street, Federalsburg, MD.
A graveside chapel service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday January 7, 2022 at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery, Hurlock. Please visit www.framptom.com
