June Patricia Baker-Shipley's Obituary
June Patricia (Birch) Baker of Preston, MD, formerly of Millersville, passed away peacefully with her loved ones by her side on July 13, 2025. She was 76.
Born December 8, 1948 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, she was the daughter of the late Edward W. and June Ellen Birch.
June worked for many years as a sales manager. In her free time, she enjoyed keeping up with Nascar, reading or watching her favorite movie, "Gone With the Wind."
June is survived by her children Matthew Baker and her son in law Emmitt Parkman Jr of Ashburn, VA and Ray Baker and her Daughter in law Vicki Baker of Preston, MD. ; her grandchildren: Nicole Bowers, William Baker, Alex Baker and Ray Baker Jr. and her great-grandchildren: Brayden Baker, Pablo Bowers Jr, Jaxon Bowers and Mechel'le Bowers.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Brother Jim Birch and Family and the late Edward Birch Jr.
A visitation will take place Thursday, July 17 at 5:00 p.m. at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 6:00. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
