June W. Bostick's Obituary
June Warrington Bostick of Seaford, DE and formally of Greenwood, DE died on November 6, 2025.
Her husband, Rev. Dr. Joseph C. Bostick and her parents, Harry and Myrtle McIlvaine Warrington preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Pamela Whitlock of Wilmington, NC; a granddaughter, Tracy Silber and her husband David of Clayton, NC; and two great-grandsons, Christopher and Michael. She is also survived by two step-great-grandchildren and their families.
June was active in many community organizations and activities including: a charter member of VFW Auxiliary 7478, a fifty year member of the Order of the Eastern Star, a member of the D.A.R., 4-H Links and other civic groups. Over the years, she volunteered at hospitals in Seaford, Milford, Salisbury and Easton as she and Joe moved for his ministerial assignments. During her years of living at the Manor House in Seaford, she served on many committees as well as serving as president and secretary of the Resident Council.
Funeral services for June will be held Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00 pm at St. Johnstown United Methodist Church in Greenwood, DE. A visitation will take place one our prior to the service at 1:00 pm. Burial at St. Johnstown cemetery will follow the funeral service.
