Katherine Kirwan Reynolds' Obituary
Katherine Kirwan Reynolds, known fondly as "Kay", passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Easton Memorial Hospital.
Kay was 82. She was born in on March 25, 1936, daughter of the late Laurence Reynolds and Mary Ann B. Payne.
Kay worked as a nurse’s aid. She was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles, enjoyed doing arts and crafts, and playing the piano.
She is survived by three children, Joseph Hoffman and his wife, Kieu Nhi Thi Le of San Francisco, CA, Robert Hoffman and his wife Linda Faye, Wanda Ballas and her husband, Steve, all of Federalsburg, two grandchildren, Jason Hoffman (his wife Katie), and Jenni Lewis all of Laurel, DE, great grandson, Jackson Hoffman, two brothers, Bradley Brice Reynolds and his wife, Charlotte of Minden, LA, Lanny Payne and his wife Sharon of Baltimore, a nephew, Jeff Reynolds and his son, Aubrey, and a niece, Debbie Lumbley and her husband, Roy, of Texas.
Kay was preceded in death by her father, mother, step-father, a daughter, Lisa Shockley, and a nephew, Randy Reynolds.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until Noon Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. The funeral service will follow at Noon, with Kim Mills Adams officiating. Interment will then follow at Hill Crest Cemetery.
