What a blessing it was several months ago to walk into Royal Farms and literally bump right into you after so many years. You greeted me with that same amazing smile and big bear of a hug. Talking about anything and everything long enough to make me very late for work! It was worth every minute! I had missed you and your family for so long. Laughing with you that day was as if the years had never passed. You and Jeannie were such an important part of my life and it was truly an honor to call you my friend. I will be forever thankful for that morning. Rest peacefully my friend. I love you.

"Thanks for the Ride Home" When Jeannie called me a couple of months ago to ask if I could give Leo a lift home from the hospital, I was glad to do it. As I pulled up, there he was with his nubie on his head and his oxygen tank in hand awaiting his ride. As he got in I was a little concerned but by the time we had left the parking lot I was with the Leo I remembered as a teen. We chatted the whole way home with laughs, gossip and lots of talk about good food. It was a good day and a great ride home. Rest in Peace Leo, love ya. V
