Leon Eugene Barrett's Obituary
Leon Eugene Barrett, known as “Eudy” formerly of Denton passed away on Friday, October 8, 2010 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. He was 44.
He was born on September 11, 1966 in Easton, MD the son of Charlotte Barrett of Delmar, DE, and the late Harry Sample.
He was a graduate of North Caroline High School class of 1984. Upon graduation he served his country by entering the Unites States Marine Corp and was honorably discharged in 1988. He was a carpet installer.
Besides his mother, he is survived by a son, Geordan Eugene Barrett of Gaithersburg, MD, three boys he raised as his own, Kyle Bolden, Corey Bolden, and Jamar Bolden, eight siblings, Harry Sample, Annie Northern, William Sample, Patti Custis, all of Virginia, Karen Barrett, Janice Gibbs, Patrick Flamer all of Seaford, Michael Barrett of Federalsburg, his maternal grandmother, Sigenora Armstrong of Seaford, his long time companion, Javae Allen and several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 18, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. A viewing will be held on Monday from 5 to 6 p.m. Private interment will be at the Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock.
