Lillian Lucille Davis Woodson's Obituary
Lillian Lucille Davis Woodson of Greenwood died at Seaford Center in Seaford, DE on Saturday, June 24, 2006. She was 86.
She was born on December 21, 1919 the daughter of the late James Beckett, Sr. and Emma Gilkerson Beckett. Her first husband, James Leonard Davis died in December of 1981 and her second husband Richard Woodson died in l991. She was also preceded in death by a son Leonard Hamilton Davis and 13 brothers and sisters.
She was a homemaker and attended the Federalsburg Senior Center and Hobbs United Methodist Church.
She is survived by two children; a daughter, Lillian E. Petrone of Greenwood and a son, Harry E. Davis of Smithville and grandchildren, Carmen L Petrosino of Long Island, NY, Tina Petrosino of Staten Island, NY, Michelle Petrosino of New Jersey, Leonard Davis of Georgia, Dale Davis of Jessup, MD, Jed Davis of Glen Burnie, MD, Richard Davis of Arnold, MD, Scott Davis of Salisbury, MD, Steven Petrone and Daniel Petrone of Greenwood, Susan Beth Camac of Harrington, De Sharon Hartman of Felton, DE and Gary Petrone of Orlando, FL 31 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, a brother, William P. Beckett of Princeton, WV and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for her will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. in Federalsburg with Rev. Carol Price officiating. Interment will follow at 2:30 at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Brentwood, Maryland.. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m..
