Linda Towers Hare's Obituary
Linda E. Hare (Towers) passed away at the age of 68 in Seaford, Delaware on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.
Linda was born at Easton Memorial Hospital on September 17, 1954. She was the first-born child of the late Donald and Joan Towers. Linda grew up in Federalsburg, Maryland and attended Colonel Richardson High School. She was known for her outgoing nature and determined spirit. She was surrounded by love and was well attended to in her final days by her loved ones and some wonderful staff (with whom she had worked years prior) at the Nanticoke Memorial Hospital (Tidal Health). She was married to the late Larry L. Hare for more than forty years.
She is preceded in death by her husband of more than forty years, Larry L. Hare, her son Donald Da'Shawn Hare, her parents Donald and Joan Towers, her brother Donald F. Towers, Jr and her favorite dogs, River and Gracie.
Her loving memory and quick witted humor will forever be cherished by her surviving friends and large extended family of Aunts and Uncles (Towers and Mister), Cousins (Towers, Mister and Griffith), Nieces (Hare, Griner, McGhee), Nephews (Towers and Hare) and in-laws (Towers and Hare). Her closest living relatives include her sister, Kathy (husband Lou and daughter Olivia); grandchildren: Trevor, Taylor, Tori and Garrett Hare; and her dog Isabella (Izzy).
Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 2:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00.
