Terrible and unexpected news. Lisa showed many of us at BCC Sports Boosters the ropes when we joined. She knew everything about everything and was more than willing to help.

Some of us still remember when she would show up in her station wagon and deliver mulch for BCC.

Her tireless participation in the Sports Boosters, and Mulch Sale over the years as well as volunteering in many aspects within the BCC community, she will dearly missed.

May she Rest in Peace.

Dear Rob, Ian, Amy and all of Lisa's family,
I'm so sorry to hear about Lisa's passing. She was such an important presence in our community, especially when our children were growing up. I recall soccer parties at your house and all those sports booster meetings. I am happy to hear about Lisa's time in Cambridge and can only imagine how much she added to that community as well. Although I only knew Lisa for a short time, her personality drew my attention. She was dedicated to helping Wednesday Morning Artists improve in any way that she could. Lisa generously donated supplies to anyone in the group who could use them. Lisa’s light was very bright. I am saddened by her loss, and I offer my condolences to her husband and family.

I remember Lisa’s attempts to squeeze life dry,
her whirlwind passion for the eastern shore,
and our shared desire to record days gone bye.

Through her window we were allowed a peek,
a request for help to set her memories clear
for all those she would never chance to speak.

She faced the storm without time to grieve,
took the helm to maintain her course,
and stood her watch until she got relieved.

I’m so saddened to see that Lisa passed away. What a lovely lady she was! She always made time to come see us and support us. She was passionate about many things and I so enjoyed talking with her. She made Cambridge a better place to be.

I am beyond sad to have to say goodbye to this lovely lady. As soon as I met her I recognized a determined, passionate spirit. She dove right in to all aspects of whatever she loved, whether it was writing, or trying her hand at artwork. If volunteers were needed, she was right there helping. I was so impressed with her work ethic, drive and passion for supporting the arts.
Lisa was full of ideas and creativity. It was a joy to work with her. She always did more than her share. My wish is that I had known her sooner. But my prayer is that I am thankful I got to know her at all.
My sincerest condolences to her family and friends.
