Loleta Phillips White's Obituary
Loleta Phillips White of Federalsburg, MD, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018 at University Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton in Easton, MD. She was 94.
She was born on August 18, 1923 in Federalsburg, MD, the daughter of the late Richard Phillips and Amanda Allen Phillips.
She graduated from Federalsburg High School and married the love of her life, Melvin M. White on April 14, 1946.
A wonderful wife and mother, she enjoyed attending Christ United Methodist Church and singing in the choir.
She is survived by her son, Ronald M. White, her grandson Jason Allen White, her great-grandchildren, Nathan White, Kirsten Harding, Kelly Harding, and Harold McTeer IV.
She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin M. White and a granddaughter, Katie McTeer.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 12pm at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg, MD with Pastor Pamela Bockhart and Pastor Marie Coulbourne officiating. A visitation will be held from 10am-12pm prior to the start of the service.
