Loretta "Sue" Marine's Obituary
Loretta Joyce “Sue” Marine of Lake Placid, FL died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2006 at her daughter’s home in Federalsburg, MD. She was 63 years old.
She was born March 4, 1943 in Ridgely, MD the daughter of late Harry Cohey, Sr. and
Margaret Loretta Pittinger Cohey.
She was a graduate of Catalina High School in Tucson, AZ, and was a previous owner of Movie Shack in Federalsburg, Preston and Hurlock. She was a member of the Ladies of
the Moose Lodge #2374 in Lake Placid, FL, and was a former member of the Lake Country Golf Club.
She is survived by her husband Don W. Marine of Lake Placid, FL, two daughters, Donna Compher and her husband, Kevin, of Ocean Pines, and Mikie Phillips and her husband, John, of Federalsburg; four grandchildren, Jordan Phillips, Jamie Phillips, Atlea Compher and Mollie Compher, a brother Charles Cohey, a sister, Delores Smith of Fairfield, PA, and an aunt, Janette Cohey of Ridgely, MD
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg with Rev. Tom McKelvey. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date in Lake Placid, FL. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Caroline Hospice Foundation, Inc., P.O.
