Louise Cohee's Obituary
Louise "Bo" Noble Cohee of Federalsburg passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at her home. She was 90.
She was born on the family farm on February 23, 1933 in Federalsburg, Maryland, the daughter of the late Kemp Noble and Mary Lowe.
After her education, she married Ralph Cohee on October 7th, 1950. He preceded her in death on November 15, 1987 after 37 years of marriage.
She worked for the former Safeway Stores in Cambridge, Seaford and Easton until her retirement.
Growing up on the farm, Louise enjoyed raising various farm animals. In her free time, she enjoyed antiques, attending the American Corner auctions, cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Wesley Cohee (Julia) of Hurlock, three grandchildren Chelsea Slacum (Josh) of Cambridge, Callie Hopkins (Sonny) and Joel Cohee all of Hurlock; six great-grandchildren: Law, Lochlen, Brixten, Crew, Will and Calvin; and two sisters: Eleanor Manogue of Seaford and Shirley Steele of Georgetown.
In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Betty Schevel and a brother William Noble.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 11:00 at the Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery in Federalsburg. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00.
