Lowell A. White's Obituary
Lowell A. White of Jonesboro, GA, formerly of Seaford, DE, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011 at his home. He was 46 years old.
He was born Sept. 28, 1964 in Seaford, the son of Marguerite Palmer White of Seaford, and the late Colen White.
He worked as a simulator support analyst for Delta Airlines. Lowell served as an Apostle and Pastor at the King of Glory church in Atlanta, GA.
Besides his mother, Pastor Marguerite White, he is survived by five children, Lowell White and Joshua White both of Rhode Island, Jovan Carter of GA, Amira White and Nia White both of Wilmington, DE; two grandchildren Jacobi Carter and Jacari Carter; siblings: Phil Robinson of NY, Zachary Smith of Seaford, Howard Dorman of Newark, DE, Gwen White and Twanna Corbin, both of Jonesboro, GA, Patricia White, Alzeda White, and Tramell Smith all of Seaford, Tiera Smith of Wilmington, and Joyce Black of Rhode Island; three nephews and three nieces; God-daughters Lawanda Gayle and Danielle Burney, and God-son Calvin Abbott; he was preceded in death by two sisters, Sheryl Braxton and Carla DuPont.
Funeral services will be held on Sat. Feb. 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Catherine Camper Multipurpose Complex, 12108 County Seat Highway, Laurel, DE with Apostle Lionel Brown and Rev. Alfred Cannon officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery in Middleford, DE. Friends may call on Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Citadel of Hope
Church in Seaford, and on Sat. from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Catherine Camper Multipurpose Complex
