M. Ollie Caulk's Obituary
Ollie Caulk St. Michaels, Ollie Caulk of St. Michaels, died at the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center, Easton, on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. He was 82. Born in St. Michaels on August. 27, 1932 he was the son of the late Ollie T. and Bertha Wright Caulk. Mr. Caulk attended Talbot County public Schools. He graduated from St. Michaels High School class of 1951. He worked at various jobs including; the A&P grocery Stores, in St. Michaels, and Easton for eight years, he then worked for his cousin Bill Hill; at Hills Drug store for a short time, also the Star Democrat. Finally he began a career with the State Highway Administration, where he advanced over the years, retiring in 1984 as Inspector of the beautification and sign Dept. Mr. Caulk enjoyed taking care of his home with pride, photography, horse races and watching old movies on DVD’s. Mr. Caulk is survived by his wife of 53 years, the former; Peggy A. Swann whom he married in March 12, 1962. His beloved sister’s and brother’s in-laws. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A graveside service will be held at the Olivet Cemetery, St. Michaels on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11:00AM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Luke’s U.M.C., P.O. Box 207 St. Michaels, MD. 21663 Arrangements are by the Ostrowski Funeral Home, St. Michaels, MD.
