Margaret Lenora McWilliams' Obituary
Margaret Lenora McWilliams passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at her home in Seaford, DE. She was 83.
She was born on February 24, 1938, the daughter of the late James Parsons McKimmie and Anna Mildred (Tennant) McKimmie.
She loved her work as a floral designer and continued to create floral arrangements after her retirement. She was a longtime member of Christ United Methodist Church in Federalsburg, MD where she sang in the choir. She also enjoyed golfing and watching tv.
She is survived by her children, Michael McWilliams (Loretta), and James McWilliams (Mary), grandchildren, Rachael Figliozzi (Rob), Leah Gulbransen (Jay), and Ryan McWilliams, great-grandchildren, Will Figliozzi, Lucy Figliozzi, Graham Figliozzi, and Henry Gulbransen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James M. McWilliams, her husband from her second marriage, Elwood Knotts, and her siblings, Mildred Leister, James McKimmie, Ann Stackpole, Jack McKimmie, and Gloria Meredith.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at 12pm at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg, MD with Pastor Pamela Bockart officiating. Friends may call on the family from 11-12pm prior to the start of the service. Interment will be held at the Eastern Shore Veterans Cemetery in Hurlock, MD immediately following the service.
