Mark Steven Higgins' Obituary
Mark S. Higgins Salisbury, Mark Steven Higgins of Salisbury, formerly of Neavitt, went to sleep on October 24, 2016 and woke up with the angels. Mark was born on May 5, 1959 in Easton, Md. He was the son of Richard D. Higgins, Jr. and Norma Jean Sauble-Higgins of Neavitt. He fought for 53 years but the Lord decided to take him home, and give him his wings. In addition to his parents, Mark is survived by his paternal Grandmother; Edith Caulk Higgins of Neavitt, two sisters; Jean E. Higgins- Harrison and Susan K. Higgins, a brother Bradley E. Higgins (Suzanne) of St. Michaels. Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his paternal Grandfather; Richard D. Higgins, Sr. and Maternal Grandparents; Stewart and Elizabeth Sauble. Services will be private. Memorial donations may be made in Mark’s memory to the Holly Center, 926 Snow Hill Rd. Salisbury, MD. 21801. Arrangements are by the Ostrowski Funeral Home P.A. of St. Michaels, MD
