Martha Yoder's Obituary
Martha E. Yoder of Waldorf formerly of Seaford passed away peacefully at Fenwick Landing Senior Care Community in Waldorf, Maryland. She was 89.
She was born on June 8, 1933 in Norfolk County, Virginia the daughter of the late Emmanuel Troyer and Katie Beiler Troyer.
She was happily married to Donald Yoder for 55 years. He preceded her in death on August 26,2009.
She was the proud owner of a bake shop for many years providing homemade breads and sweet rolls to a local farmer's market. She loved cooking, baking, sewing, and tending to her garden and flowers. She also loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter Constance "Connie" German and husband H. G. of Concord, DE; four grandchildren, Sarah Bradley and her husband Ken, Matthew, Rachel, and Luke Erixson; four great-grandchildren, Kyle, Jordan, and Connor Bradley, and Emilee Roy; two great-great grandchildren Waverleigh and Wesson Bradley; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 8 siblings. She is survived by Paul Troyer and Emmanuel Troyer Jr.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 11:00 at Tressler Mennonite Church in Greenwood. Burial will follow in the adjoining churchyard. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00.
