Mary Corinne Edinger Willey's Obituary
Mary Corinne Edinger Willey passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2018 at Homestead Manor in Denton, MD. She was 91.
She was born on January 15, 1928 in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of the late Alvin Meekins and Edith Wright Meekins.
She worked at Yale Sportswear in St. Michaels and Easton, as well as the St. Michaels Pharmacy. She enjoyed living on the Eastern Shore and crabbing on Harris Creek.
She was married to Howard Edinger until his passing in February of 1983, and later married Donald “Pete” Willey, who passed in July of 2011.
She is survived by her children, Beverly Edinger Flater (Skip), and Terry Edinger Crismond (Fred), her grandchildren, Brian Harrison, Lisa Irons (Al), and Russell Keene (Linda), and seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Church of Nazarene in Denton, MD, at 11am with Pastor Paul Merritt officiating. A visitation will be held from 10-11am prior to the start of the service. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Easton, MD, immediately following the service.
