Mary Elizabeth Jones' Obituary
Mary Elizabeth Jones of Greenwood, died at Tidal Health Nanticoke, on Friday April 12, 2024. She was 58.
Born in Seaford,DE on December 20, 1965 she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Alice Price Absher. Mary was a homemaker the majority of her life with the exception of working with the"Cleaning Crew Janitorial Services" for 10 years, were she was a very loyal employee, but a better friend.
Mary enjoyed going camping with her family, and friends , her trips to North Carolina, and spending time with her beloved dogs.
Mary is survived by her son; Micah Jones of Bridgeville, her life partner of more than 20 years; Bruce Mitchell, three Grandchildren; Nicholas Jones, Thomas Jones, and Ellie Swigert, two brothers; Jerry Huffman of Katy, TX. and Clarence Huffman of Bridgeville, DE; two sisters; Doreen Wingate and Cora Lee both of Bridgeville, DE. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by; Clifford Huffman, Shirley Absher, and Thomas "Tom" Absher.
Services will be private.
