Melvin Boyd Matthews' Obituary
Melvin Boyd Matthews of Baltimore, passed away at his home on March 29, 2016. He was 55.
He was born on January 4, 1961 in Milford, DE, the son of the late Willie Cuffie and Rosa Mae Matthews.
Melvin was a loving and caring person and will be missed.
He is survived by five siblings, Vera Matthews of Laurel, Anthony Matthews of Henderson, NC, Lorn Matthews and his girlfriend, Romona Harvey, Jessica Matthews, all of New Jersey, Rosa Matthews of Dover, DE, an uncle, Willis Matthews, of New Castle, DE, a dear friend, Donna Grimes, and a host of nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Matthews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 12 noon at St. Matthews Baptist Church Cemetery in Laurel, DE to celebrate Melvin's life.
