I send my sympathies to the family of Mr Merrill. I only knew him briefly but would come to enjoy the time I had with him. I especially enjoyed our reading of a book and discussing it. I got him a poster of his favorite basketball player to put on the wall so he would be encouraged to stand tall.
Ms Alice, I am so sorry for your loss as I knew the love you had for each other. May Mr Merrill Rest In Peace as Heaven has gained another Angel.

He was THE Coach. The one and only faithful, understanding, loving, dedicated man I've ever seen. He was (true to the game) He was given much respect to the highest. Even after my HS days I would see him and speak to him and so glad to see him.. He will certainly not be forgotten with everything that he has done and the dedication, giving his all into what he loved. Rest on Coach Merrill Morgan.. Job WELL DONE!!
Tom and I send loving sympathy to Alice, their family and to all who knew and loved Mr. Morgan. He must have left many memories during his lifetime here on Earth for all to hold close to their hearts forever. There will come a time when he and his loved ones will be together FOREVER. We hope this brings comfort as you celebrate his life.
