Michael Bolden's Obituary
Michael Bolden, 73 of Greenwood, DE, passed away on Monday March 24, 2025, at the home of his loving Aunt Janet and Uncle James (Jimmy) Dennis, Sr. Michael was born on November 22, 1952 in Federalsburg, MD to the late Marie (Prissy) Bolden Kenny. He was raised by his grandparents, the late Edward and Minerva Jones. Michael's loving Aunt Janet and Uncle Jimmy Dennis, Sr. became his second parents. What a blessing and so much love and care.
Michael was educated in the public schools of Dorchester County and later years in Delaware. He was employed by (KSI) Kent Sussex Industries. He enjoyed watching T.V. and listening to his radio.
Michael enjoyed working outside, with his Uncle Jimmy, sharing countless hours in the yard, developing a strong work ethic. Whether it was helping with daily tasks or just standing guard till night. He found purpose in every moment spent by his Uncle's side. His dedication and loyalty were apparent in everything he did, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him and loved him.
Michael leaves to cherish his memory, loving Aunt Janet, Uncle James (Jimmy) Dennis Sr., close cousins James Dennis Jr., Tryone Dennis, Jasmine Dennis, Demetrius Dennis, James Dennis III, Zarie Felder Jr., and many more cousins, family and friends.
A funeral service in Michael's memory will be held Monday April 7, 2025 at Framptom Funeral Home in Federalsburg at 12:00. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. After the service, burial will take place at Federal Hill Cemetery in Federalsburg.
