Michael Edward Francis' Obituary
Michael Edward Francis of Preston, MD passed away at his home on October 26, 2020 at the age 72.
Michael was born in Smyrna, DE to Robert and Mary Jane Francis on July 15, 1948. Michael married Bonnie Francis on September 29, 1993.
Michael retired from US Steel in PA, after 33 years as a Water Treatment Manager. After retiring, he and Bonnie moved to Preston, MD. In his spare time, Michael enjoyed golfing, fishing, and putting his outstanding culinary skills to work, which were enjoyed by many!
Michael is survived by his wife Bonnie Francis, step-daughter Laura Sulpizio, step-son Thomas Sulpizio, daughters Kelly Francis and Kristine Francis, three grandchildren, and siblings Wayne Francis, Lisa Francis Capaldi and John Francis.
Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Jane Francis, and brothers James Francis and Raymond Francis.
A private memorial is planned.
